Investing in the Future: Three New Plastic Injection Molding Machines at HA-WI

“We have the right part for you”—no matter the size: Based on this principle, we recently expanded our machine park in a targeted manner. Three new plastic injection molding machines complement our production facilities in Bad Laasphe and, together, cover the entire spectrum—from delicate small parts to large components.

Boy 20E – Small-batch production at no extra charge

With a clamping force of 200 kN, the Boy 20E is our go-to machine for small production runs. Short setup times make even small production runs and prototype parts cost-effective—ideal for prototyping, initial production runs, and niche products.

Arburg with 2,800 kN – more cavities, lower unit costs

The new Arburg machine allows for larger molds with more cavities. The result for our customers: lower unit costs for ongoing production runs—while maintaining the same level of precision.

Arburg with 4,000 kN – Large Parts in a Single Shot

With a clamping force of 4,000 kN, we now also manufacture large-volume components entirely in-house. For you, this means: no second supplier, no second audit—a single point of contact for your entire project.

Efficiency That Pays Off

All three machines are equipped with modern, energy-efficient drive technology. This reduces energy consumption per component—and ensures predictable prices, even when energy costs fluctuate.
