Quick clamping systems (BAKRA®)
BAKRA® is our innovative, retrofittable and purely mechanical quick clamping system for injection molding machines. Originally developed for HA-WI Spritzerei’s own requirements, we have been selling BAKRA® as a separate product division for decades, both directly and via our sales partner DME Normalien.
BAKRA® enables the assembly and disassembly of injection molds without tools, screws or clamping claws, which drastically reduces changeover times and costs. A tool change is realistically possible within a few minutes. Our standard systems are available for ø110 mm and ø125 mm centers.
The advantages include: fast and precise tool changeover, robustness, low wear, applicability in initial and retrofitting, suitability for vertical and horizontal construction, no need to change the machine control and usability up to approx. 1800 kN locking force.
Surface finishing
Another service we offer our customers is the finishing of plastic items. Surface finishing is the subsequent processing of plastic parts to improve their visual appearance.
We offer both electroplating and metallization.
The plastic raw parts can be coated with various chrome, nickel, silver or gold surfaces. In addition to the decorative appearance, the metal coating gives the surface greater scratch resistance and longer durability.
Packaging
Our packaging department offers customized solutions for every requirement. From loose bulk goods to individually packaged items – we adapt flexibly to our customers’ wishes. Supported by two modern packaging machines and a dedicated team, we guarantee precise and efficient packaging and labeling according to your specifications. We focus on sustainability and only use recyclable LD-PE bags for our products.
Thanks to our comprehensive stock of all common items, we can guarantee short delivery times and ensure rapid delivery to you. This combination of flexibility, efficiency and stock availability enables us to respond quickly and precisely to your individual requirements.
Color laboratory
Our state-of-the-art color laboratory is the heart of our color diversity and one of our greatest strengths. With over 3,000 different colors in our portfolio, we offer an impressive selection ranging from RAL and NCS colors to custom color creations. Our experienced staff work closely with our suppliers to meet even the most demanding color requirements of our customers.
The ability to produce colors exactly according to customer specifications is one of our core competencies that is used and appreciated every day. Technical articles
We set standards in the production of technical articles for numerous well-known customers in various industries. We produce articles exactly according to specifications, drawings, samples or data sets and accompany you through all stages of product realization. From the initial idea to the product ready for series production and beyond, we are at your side.
Our comprehensive range of services includes manufacturability analyses, article and tool design, initial samples according to VDA / PPAP, IMDS entries, factory test certificates, component assembly, surface finishing and contract injection molding. We guarantee a timely and regulated project process and support you with our expertise at every stage. Our flexibility and know-how enable us to meet even complex requirements and develop innovative solutions.
Our in-house injection molding shop forms the backbone of our production. With 35 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 220 kN to 5,000 kN, we cover a broad spectrum. We process injection weights from 0.1 to 1,600 grams and are able to process all thermoplastic materials. Our three-shift operation ensures high productivity and flexibility.

We attach great importance to quality and reliability at every stage of production and can therefore meet even the most demanding customer requirements.
3D printing
